Prairie Mountain Health (PMH) is preparing to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year 2017-2018. PMH Chief Executive Officer Penny Gilson invites community representatives, organizational members and area residents to participate in an interactive forum on Tuesday, October 30th from 4:30-6:30 p.m. in Brandon at the Victoria Inn.
“We’ll review highlights and challenges from our past operational year, and focus on the role we all play as participants in the Health System Transformation journey in Manitoba.” Gilson stated.
“Health care, as we have known it in Manitoba, is changing. We are pleased to have Ian Shaw, Health Transformation Management Leader in the Province, as our scheduled guest speaker.”
The past fiscal year has seen several key accomplishments reached in not only health planning and delivery, but human resources recruitment and retention as well as capital and infrastructure development. These will be highlighted within the 2017/2018 PMH Annual Report, which will also be available in print at the AGM.
