Volunteer at Brandon Regional Health Centre

The Brandon Regional Health Centre (BRHC) Volunteers contribute 40,000 hours annually and are an important part of the health care team.

BRHC offers a variety of opportunities for volunteers. The majority of placements are on weekdays between 8 a.m and 4 p.m. We have limited evening and weekend opportunities and have a minimum age of 15 years to register.

As a registered volunteer you will be offered a regularly scheduled weekly shift in a specific placement. Placement is determined based on your interests and the Health Centre’s needs. The time commitment is up to four hours once per week. There is a minimum commitment of 6 months to register with the program.

Volunteer Services thanks you for  your interest in the program and advises you that candidates for interviews will be the only applicants contacted.  Please consider the submission of your application as received to department. Not all applicants will be contacted.  All completed applications will remain in confidence with the department and be retained for 3 months
